Concept & Mission

Inclusion is a culture of acceptance based on the acknowledgment that every person is entitled to respect, dignity, equal rights, and opportunities for a fulfilling life within the community, and that every person is unique, special and has special needs. Inclusive practices reflect an individualized, adaptive approach for each person’s needs. Seeing is believing, and these video programs enable audiences to take a look at processes and at what is possible.

Inclusive culture is based on ethos, example, experience and experimentation.

This is a new independent and group learning system. Based on a video archive created for 25 years. The content articulates ethos in theory and practice, provides vivid and inspiring examples; insightful experiences told by pioneers of the philosophy and practices to support inclusive education and independent life.

The experiences and the insight gained by viewers will strengthen their sense of purpose, will nurture creative problem solving, and encourage experimental and collaborative teamwork.

This is a new environment for media-literate, experience-based learning for current and future educators. This site and its content are the result of 25 years of documentation and the creation of award-winning educational programs. The media-literate, sensitive methodology, aesthetics and ethics were developed specifically for educational content. Currently, there are over 600 video clips and movies linked to the site, and we continue to add more from our archives.

Our site has subscription plans for School Districts, Universities, Libraries and other Institutions or User Groups.
